How does the AFT Score Calculator work?
Each of the five AFT events (3 Repetition Maximum Deadlift, Hand-Release Push-Up, Sprint-Drag-Carry, Plank, and 2-Mile Run) is scored 0-100 on Army scoring tables by age and sex, for a maximum of 500 points.
This tool uses a simplified linear estimate between published minimum (60 pts) and maximum (100 pts) performance bands per event, for planning only. Your official score comes from the current DA scorecard for your age and sex.
For example, a 140 lb deadlift, 30 push-ups, a 120-second sprint-drag-carry, a 90-second plank and a 1,020-second (17-minute) run give an estimated total of 353 out of 500, a passing score.
